What’s the difference between the Standard pass and VIP Pass?

​

  • The Standard Pass allows one person to attend the 2019 Hot 103 Jamz Music Conference only.

​

  • The VIP Pass allows one person to attend the 2019 Hot 103 Jamz Music Conference and one music demo critique session with an industry professional during the VIP Listening Sessions.

How can I buy a pass?

​

  • Passes are available for purchase via Event Brite.You can buy one HERE.

How will I know that my registration and payment for the 2019 Hot 103 Jamz Music Conference has been confirmed?

​

  • You will receive a purchase receipt immediately after finalizing the transaction. You can expect to receive a detailed registration confirmation email within one business day.

If I purchased a pass and I can’t attend the 2019 Hot 103 Jamz Music Conference, can I receive a refund?

​

  • Cancellations received prior to March 1, 2019 will receive a 100% refund. • There will be no refunds after March 2, 2019.  To cancel, please email 103mc@kprs.com with “REFUND” in the subject heading.

Is the 2019 Hot 103 Jamz Music Conference for all ages?

​

  • You must be 14 years of age or older to attend 2019 Hot 103 Jamz Music Conference, and anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with paid admission.Parent or legal guardian accompanying anyone under the age of 18 must purchase a standard pass at the published rates for admittance into the music conference. Anyone over the age of 18, including the parent or legal guardian, must have valid photo ID.

  • Proper identification of a legal guardian requires bringing an order or other court document identifying the guardian and the person under the age of 18 who is under the care of the guardian, along with valid photo IDs of both persons.  If a person attending the event is under the age of 18, it would help to email your guardian or legal representative court documents to us ahead of time to 103musicconference@kprs.com or fax (816) 765-1251.
